This is an inspired idea for a Bridal Shower that incorporates genteel lawn games – a Croquet Bridal Shower!  Complete with a gorgeous summer picnic, fruit cocktails and champagne it is a wonderful way to relax with your girl friends and have fun whilst doing so.  Some say that Croquet was brought to the UK by the Irish in Dublin and Galway who had seen it played in France.  So come on girls, why not give it a try? 

This boho chic Croquet Bridal Shower was set in Hawaii in stunning surroundings but the game is gentle and can be played anywhere – on beaches, garden lawns and parks.  You can up-style your Croquet Bridal Shower too . . . if a picnic is too bohemian choose a hotel that offers a Croquet Lawn and dine in style as well!  You can also add a vintage theme, or perhaps a dash of the roaring twenties and thirties with flapper dresses and frills.  Don't forget that heels are not such a good idea on well manicured lawns!
